DESCRIPTION:There’s this lingering wish in every creator to lock oneself into a room full of even more nice and passionate creators for an entire weekend while the sun is burning down onto the heads of the unworthy. \nWe are here to fulfill this wish. \nThe Summer Jam is an open event and will take place from August 17 to August 19 at the Graz University of Technology and you’re all invited to join us. DESCRIPTION:This year we decided for a different format for our summer game jam. \nInstead of jamming for one stressful weekend we went for a jam that would give the participants one month to complete their projects with one kickoff weekend in the beginning and one finish weekend at the end. DESCRIPTION:Game Development meets Art in Virtual Reality and Game Dev Days go to Kunsthaus! \nThis event is a cooperation between GameDevGraz\, Kunsthaus Graz and TU Graz as part of the Game Dev Days 2017. \nThe focus of this event will be an exhibition of VR experiences showing the potential of VR for gaming and art purpose. \nWhat is VR? What do we expect from VR? What are the technological developments of VR? Those are central questions which will be discussed in a panel discussion from different perspectives: gaming\, research\, and art. \nWhy are we moving for this to Kunsthaus Graz? Since the beginning of 2017 a artificial neuronal network – an AI called Ghost – is growing inside (and outside) the Kunsthaus.
